If your product is faulty, or not what you had hoped and are not satisfied, or having size issues, please send me an email or message me within 7 days of receiving the goods.  Please understand you have 7 days from goods being received to notify mypinkcrush of the above issues and 14 days to return goods to mypinkcrush, from the date products were received in the post. Goods will not be accepted or replaced if you send back products outside of the 14 days. 

Please be patient that as we do take every effort to check for quality before each garment is carefully wrapped and sent out to you lovely ladies that sometimes we may miss a misfortunate flaw in the garment, if there should be one.

For your inconvenience your replacement item/s will be sent via Express Post.
